Hi, can you recommend a deck for Yusei Fudo?

Anything, character has zero relevance to a deck unless you are using a character specific skill.

Yeah, there's no true decks that cant be used by any duelist. If you do want a semblance of theme though, I'd recommend Dragunity's (Yusei has a line for Cards of Consonance, which is good for them), as they do easy ability to summon lv8's like Stardust through Phalanx/Couse and Arma Mystletainn.

Okay listen I'm a Yusei main I'll help you out here.
First of all it's "Junk" not scrap lol and synchro warriors you want. Not both in 1 deck necessarily I have 1 deck dedicated to each. Also stardust almost has enough for it's own deck but it's not quite there yet.

Here's what you do : Get yourself at least 2 copies of Lefty and Righty Driver, and Dynatherium. You can special summon Dyna as your level 4 for almost no cost, then normal summon righty driver, righty special summons lefty lefty becomes a level 3 or can stay a 2, you synchro into Junk destroyer that lets you pop 2 cards OR go into a level 7 from lefty staying a level 2 and use Nitro warrior with an attack boosting spell like concentrating current. Righty driver can act as a synchron substitute for literally ANY synchron specific synchro monster so spamming the field with special summons alongside it is a great way to be versatile with just 1 tuner.

Now if you wanna get EXTRA spicy you can run level duplication and change 1 of your REALLY high attack cards into a Level 2 or lower THEN synchro into Junk warrior using the lefty in your graveyard with junk synchron that'll get Junk warrior a huge attack bonus. pair that with some back row protection and it's scrap fist spell and you're guaranteed an almost instant kill shot

You can build OTK decks with level duplication / augmentation skill, you can also build an OTK deck based on necroid synchro.
Then you can build OTK assault mode deck but you need both dream tickets and a lot of gems to build one.
