It's not a droll for your opponents GY.
Either turn means my turn too. That's weird.
Here are Skull Meister's effects (apparently the real card has the same effect but phrased different
Game Skull Meister
During either player's turn, when a card effect is activated in your opponent's Graveyard, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the effect.
Real Skull Meister
When a card effect is activated in your opponent's GY (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; negate that effect.
So far the only difference is 1 says either player's turn, other doesn't. Now idk if the real one can be used on either player's turn but regardless it's still the same thing discard to negate 1 card's effect from the GY, and like I also said nobody uses this card anymore
Also why did you think it didn't work on your turn?
Beacuse I destroyed White Stone of Ancients and it activated.
nvm, now i played a game, guy tried to save himself with Bacon Saver on MY TURN and Skull Meister activated. That would be it lol...
