You NEED the UR spell that is not an option that is a must, as for a decent one that overall uses 1 of the URs doesn't exist. BW is only good if you get multiples of the UR otherwise you have a slow BW deck because the point of BW is storm the field on first turn with synchro monsters or pull a Parshath and use the counter trap to deny effects for a Dragon

I randomly put a bunch of random BW cards together and made 2 varients that was able to win some matches without the Spell. They are stronger than I thought even without the spell.

Which doesn't exist since BW is easily deniable at this point, either it's good or it's bad no in between
