Duel Links removed my account, restarted and i don't have Konami ID

I have the duelist ID, but I never created a konami account, which i didn't think was necessary. I just ended up losing my entire account and i don't know how to get it back. Anyone have any tips? :(

i kinda blame komami only insist on linking steam account like the data safe.

Start fresh. And don't forget to make a Konami account. Learn from your mistakes.

There is an in game tool, in the settings, for account recovery. So you'll start a new account, go into the settings, and fill out the form and answer some questions and you'll have a chance to get your account back. The more accurate information you have, the better your odds, especially if you have any purchases and thus have receipts for them.

the great thing about making a new account is, you will get all of your gems back from maxed out characters and you can spend your free starter gems on better packs.
