Quick question about level 40 duilists

To unlock a level 40 duilists do you have to be stage 30 for that specific series or just when you get to stage 30 on any series do you unlock level 40 for all characters?

To duel level 40 legendary duilists at the gate, I know you need to be stage 30 but when I hit stage 30 in the GX world for example, does it only unlock level 40 gate duilists from GX or from every series (5ds, dsod, dm)

It's DM not GX. DM is the lead world since it was the first therefor the stuff in the other worlds like amount of standard duelist and this is tied to DMs stage level

Actually, its whichever world gets higher first OR its CUMULATIVE across ALL worlds. On my new account I just unlocked lv.40 duelists after completing GX Stage 22, currently my DM world is only at stage 22, my GX world being at stage 23, my 5D's at 19 and DSoD at 12, and I currently have lv.40 duelists unlocked AND 9 standard duelists, can throw a few screenshots at you as proof if you like.
