Did you try to link the mobile data to the Steam version, that way you can continue. Or did you just want to play a separate fresh account?
So I am guessing the linking didn't work, also after every time when you have to redownload everything do you have to start from scratch again?
Did you ever link your Konami ID with the game
I already connected this account with the steam version of the game once last year, but ended up uninstalling.
Welp there went my theory, also have you tried using Konami Support
2. delete duel links folder from pc and phone
3. re-download the game on phone, but dont re-download the game on pc at the same time).
4. open the game on phone, login with your id and turn off it
5. re-download on pc
6. open the game on pc, login with your id and restart steam
i had the same issue 6-7 months ago. + make sure you have enough free space on your phone
