regarding the magicians, you could but not w/o spending money for it's optimal form unless you wanna build a generic Quintet Magician Turbo deck then all Spellcasters work.
Yes Cyber Stein is being used but only by gimmick decks that rely on specific things to happen and they hard brick if it doesn't happen f.e. boost LP via LP gain cards after summon Cyber Stein use it's effect, activate the skill LP 0, activate effect a second time and pray that your Opp has no answer to this.
Yes f2p Red-Eyes is possible but not very strong anymore.
Nope structure decks are completely worthless as f2p generally speaking, yes you can make f2p versions but they are so weak in comparison to other deck types that you're better off spending the gems elsewhere.
Dark Signer Vestiges are used to duel Carly on the gate so you don't have to wait until she spawns all the time.
Well after shutting all your deck ideas down i think it's only fair if i give you a recommendation for a f2p friendly deck type, well, Shiranui's, all cards necessary are in a single box, mini box at that and you will be fine with all main cards at x2, so only 1 reset needed, however i would suggest you go to YouTube and check out some gameplay of them bc just bc a deck is fairly strong and f2p friendly doesn't mean you're going to like it and well no point in playing something you don't like but there you go Shiranui are currently the best f2p deck to get.

They aren't the top deck to beat, but these gals pack a bunch of slaps few can handle.
As for F2P Red-Eyes, I have something somewhere but I'm at work now, could give it to you when I get home, but as others said, it's not that brilliant.
Other F2P decks.... Idk, depends on what you like. Many decks are good and can get you high ranks, but you need to like them as well, otherwise you'll end up as a typical Injoker player and be like "dis dek gud, mi luse wit dis"
