F2P decks

for the time being, I'm F2P while I'm between jobs. So, have a few questions on some decks wondering if they are any good or possible as a F2P...

i have quite a few Genex, Bujin, Steelswarm, Dark Scorpion, Vylon cards, so any of those decent F2P decks?

have 1 Magician of Chaos, 1 Dark Magician, 1 Dark Magician Girl can I build a deck around this?

in the card trader, I saw Cyber-Stein in the DL format is this even used, as its effect requires sacrificing 5K LPs

is a F2P version of a Red Eyes deck possible? I have the one Red Eyes from Joey's deck, can get 1 from I forget its either card trader or from my UR tickets, I do have a dark paladin which can be used to summon a red eyes, was thinking of possibly getting the red eyes structure deck

speaking of structure decks... yes I know ideally to make a good deck, you want 3, but as I'm currently only a F2P until I can find another job, I'm stuck playing purely F2P, so is there any structure decks worth getting a a F2P for now? since they do net you some nice cards that would be hard to get for a F2P otherwise?

a quick off topic question, for the current event, what exactly are 'Dark Signer vestiges'? What do I do with them?

watching more vids for F2P decks, came across Gladiator beasts, so while opening packs of Galactic Origins, I started getting 'Ally of Justice' cards, is Ally of Justice decks any good?

Stop watching videos made a year or 2 ago, neither or those decks are remotely usable

Just go to Duel Links Meta and look at the decks on the Top Decks list, pick whichever one isn't a P2W deck, little hint if the cards say they come from the structure deck they are P2W

currently the 5 tiered decks are all f2p and hardly a structure makes it to the tier list, just saying.

perhaps bujin can be good with good staples? honestly idk and i almost never see it around. actually in 500 hours of playtime im sure ive faced it less than 10 times...

red eyes deck without red eyes fusion is not even worthy of being in your thoughts.

if i were you id restar all over and put those hard earned gems elsewhere, dont forget they are a limited resource. you can make decent decks even with 9k gems or less.

wow... Start a new account dude. You threw away wasted gems. Don't even bother looking at old meta. Always look at the current meta that is happening RIGHT NOW in the last month or two. That should get you started.

id pick blazing rose or guardians of rock.
with blazing rose you would have subterror, metaphys and krawler. to reset box would be better but its ok even with one full unpacking, the cost is 9k gems at worst.
guardians of rock gives triamid and electromagnet. you will have to reset box twice, cost 15k gems at worst (i was very lucky here... made it with only 8k gems). for electromagnet you will also have to level up yugi muto to get electromagnet beta.

Shiranuis

Toons, psychics, aromage, gemini, cyberdarks i guess, elemental hero, dino unga bunga, synchro unga bunga, unga bunga, stall/cancer.

For farming Aromages + Ra can be made with 0 gem investment. Ritual beasts and Shiranui are both really good mini box decks that don’t need many outside cards to succeed in ranked (Tournaments is a different story). You could wait for next main box to see first before investing in a box just to be sure.

Farming: Aromages
PvP: Ritual Beast and Shiranui are the best "f2p" decks rn, but you need some UR/SR staples from other boxes

Ritual Beasts are a great investment as well as the Dark Dimension box being something that seems to have very long lasting value.

the last one isn't a suggestion, just stating there really isn't any good F2P decks anymore; There really arent many actual f2p decks these days, as most f2p decks recquire having specific SR or UR staple cards, or recquire digging through a single box (usually mini box) 2-3 times so while its f2p in the sense of not having to spend actual cash... most F2P decks still recquire a large gem investment

so my follow up questions are what's the easiest to be built but can be fairly good in PvP. which box(s) will I need. How to build the deck(s), and finally what cards to use the R/SR/UR and the occasional N tickets on?

I created the new account, but before I even start it, depending on what suggested F2P deck to make, I'll need advice on to go with Kaiba or Yugi

Crystrons (Cybernetic Revolution box) and Subterros (Blazing Rose box).

Those two can be made competitively with just 1 copy of the box.

If you're interested just in ranked, some Yubel decks can be made with just copy of the Raging Inferno box.
