I've been having fun with my pure Cyber Dragon deck
And it's surprisingly consistent so far even though I believe it can be even better.

Current Decklist:

M:
3x Cyber Dragon
3x Cyber Dragon Vier
3x Cyber Dragon Drei
1x Cyber Dragon Core

S:
2x Cyberload Fusion
2x World Legacy Clash
2x Forbidden Lance

T:
2x Cybernetic Overflow
2x Cyber Network

E:
1x Cyber End Dragon
2x Cyber Twin Dragon
1x Chimeratech Overdragon
2x Chimeatech Rampage Dragon

Viable Skills:
Beatdown
Cyber Style
The Tie that Binds

Right now, I'm working on acquiring 2 more Cyber Dragon Cores, at which point they will replace 1 Cyber Dragon and 1 Cyber Dragon Drei. The search potential on Core is extremely useful and it can even provide a backup summon while in the graveyard.

Cyber Dragon, while a great going second card, becomes a Garnet if your opponent doesn't have a monster out on the field. That is why one will be replaced by Core when I get it. Drei will be replaced first because, despite being a solid beatstick at 1800, it is primarily used for its protection on banishment which cannot miss the timing. While it is arguably more useful than Cyber Dragon from the hand, it does not allow me to search and can't special itself like Vier or OG. Additionally, Drei's summon effect interferes with the use of Overflow, as it requires that you banish monsters with different levels. However, that same effect makes Beatdown viable as a skill.

Cyber Network doesn't seem great on paper. But with the smaller deck size, it can help set up your banish for using Cyberload Fusion. Additionally, when its effect to destroy/summon goes off, you can use Overflow to banish cards from your hand/GY to set up future Cyberload summons and still get the search effect since that can't miss the timing either. Just be wary of when the destruction effect goes off since you can't use your battle phase in the same turn.

Most of the time, you are looking to set up a Rampage Dragon board wipe with Overflow. Use Overflow to wipe the opponent's monsters or extra Spell/Trap. Then use Cyberload to summon Rampage to clear the rest of the backrow. Then, follow up with Rampage Dragon's ignition to gain additional attacks that will usually win the game.
