Issue with konami ID

As the title says, I was trying to log into my account when a message popped up stating: "Please enter the OTP numbers in length. Enter the OTP including 0 if it is included at the head of the password."

After looking up what this meant I came to an app Konami made which works a lot like google Authenticator but through closer inspection I saw that it required a subscription. Now my question is, is there a way to get my account back without paying money?

You're looking up the completely wrong thing, pal.

Konami ID is done through their site and is completely free. It doesn't cost money at all. Also login is done through Data Transfer on the main menu screen, which is backed up to in the settings menu in-game.

If you did that, just enter your Konami ID login and your data returns safe and sound

Ah ok, thats a relief at least. But is there no way to log in on the site then?

On the title screen, click data Transfer and you'll be redirected to the site on your primary browser to log in. Once you log in, a program called DuelLinksTakeOver.exe will ask to open. This is what sends your save data stored in Konami ID to the game.

Take in mind that this also requires that you made a Konami ID before you uninstalled the game.

Didn't uninstall the game. Even if I did I have it on my phone AND my pc. All I'm trying to do is log in on their site https://my.konami.net/ .

You gotta make an account there first from in the game, that way your data syncs to it upon creation. From whichever device you still have your data on, go to the settings(the gear in the upper right), click/tap Data Transfer, and then click/tap the Konami ID option(it should give you two separate ones if you're on mobile). It'll take you to the part of that site where you make your account, which is a simple email+password login process. Do that and you're set.
