How OP would Blue Eyes Chaos Max Dragon be?

Recently when seeing the increased support of Blue Eyes Decks I suddenly began to wonder about Blue Eyes max Dragon and decided to look it up to remind myself exactly what its effects where again.

After then I began to wonder just how powerful the card would be if it where to be introduced in to the game given how strong its immunity to card effects seems to be. Particlarly removal effects which to me seem to be one of the things that marks out the poweful decks that can clear a field for an easy finish. Along with its high attack and double pierce damage.

Would it completelty dominte the game if it where to be introduced or would its tight summoning conditions mean its not worth the effort?

We are talking of a 4000 ATK beatstick that is pretty much invicible and deals double piercing battle damage whilst 20 card decks make using it extremly easy.

Even Tier 0 would barely describe it properly. Rather Tier -1. It would be ridiculously overpowered.

You could instead just directly add Thunderdragons, tbh.
