How do I recover my account on mobile?

I recently had to change the phone I use becuase it messed up. I'm trying to get my account back on the new phone, I'm logged into the same google play account and I know my player I.D. on duel links. Anyone know how to do it?

Player ID is simply a way for people to friend you on the game.

Konami ID is what keeps your save data in the cloud for transfer to another device.
If your device runs off the same app network (Game Center for iPhone, Play Store for Android, etc.), then you can try recovering it that way if you backed it up through there.

Unless you backed it up through either of those methods, you cannot recover your save data

Well I'm on android and I remember the game would register my achievements on Google play is there a way through that? Sadly I never had the konami code down.

There should be an option on the title screen that says "Transfer Account" or something along those lines. Tap that and go through Google Play.

They even say in the menus to back up your data when you first start the game.
