Cheap Legendary Duelist Farming Deck

Been playing for a long time and just can't seem to get a hold of the duel points system. I know that more points = more/better rewards, but I can't seem to get more than 5000.

Is there a deck that can consistently get me 6000 or more points? Preferably one that's cheap to make.

You can actually hit a higher rating simply by stretching out the duel. There are several rating bonuses that maximize themselves by drawing out a duel as long as possible.

Deck Out Victory (2500): Gain 500 points for decking out your opponent on top of the normal 2000 for a win. This can be boosted to 3000 by using a special victory condition such as Exodia or Fatal Five.

Destroyed X monsters: Grants more (I think up to 700) points for however many monsters you destroyed during the duel. Cards like Amazoness Onslaught interfere with this, though. Caps at 10 monsters.

Used X Card: You can get a variety of bonus points for using Glossy, Prismatic, Spell, Trap, Fusion Summon, Ritual Summon and all of them stack with each other.

Cards on the Brink: This comes in two forms based on how few cards are in your deck when you win. Any more than 5 and you won't get this bonus. 2 or fewer cards maximizes this bonus.

Over 3000 Damage: This is a 4 stage bonus. 3000, 5000, 7000 and 10,000 being done in a single instance of damage rewards up to 3000 (for dealing 10,000 in a single hit).

Yes, there are decks built around doing that. There's several varieties. However, most of the F2P involve a time investment or event-limited cards.

Most of those decks rely on dealing 10k damage in a single hit, as that's worth 3000 on top of everything else.

Aroma deck is pretty much exclusive to the trader. Throw in godcard Ra and turn the life points into attack points. Then with 100 LP, 5 or less cards in your deck, a special summon or two (thanks to rose lover), and summoning/ destroying cards, it all adds up to 6-9000 points. You might need Marik's skill "Power of tribute" but I've been farming chazz with this using bastion cause I'm cheap.

Don't quite remember. I think it's a drop from Odion.

What I use is basicly 3 of aromage Jasmine, rosemary, and two aromage bergamot and rose lovers. I also use a few enchanted javelin's and security orbs but that last card's not as important.
It's just there to prevent monsters from being attacked.
Mostly don't forget the feild spell aroma garden field spell.
The Scorpion is Odions top drop but he doesn't really drop stuff easy.

Haven't seen Aromage in Ranked ever since Sylvans died. Props for finding a way to keep the good plants running.

On the note of the scorpion, dueling him at level 40 would make it drop much easier since all the cards exclusive to them only drop at that level with all the other common crap cut out

I myself loved the Aromages and was really happy to see Konami give away another free deck.

I would also suggest you throw in Marina along with Fragrance storm for some spicy tech combos.(both are free as well)
