It's in the new Structure Deck which you can get for 500 Gems. Not a bad deal considering you get a whole load free when unlocking 5Ds world IIRC...

That's not true, both Junk Synchron & Quickdraw Synchron can only be accessed through Yusei's skills. That might change in the future, and I hope so. Correct me if i'm wrong.

Junk synchron is a yusei skill, when you start the duel it adds 2 junk synchron and 1 stardust dragon to his deck from outside.
