Rainbow Dragon not summoning
This may sound unusual, but as the title states, I am running a Crystal Beast deck, and during one of my duels I have 7 crystal beasts on the field and/or in the graveyard, which matches the summoning conditions for Rainbow Dragon. However, I click on Rainbow Dragon and the special summon icon does not appear. Is this some kind of glitch?

try it again and then take a picture of the field with the log.

Yes I had Ruby Carbuncle, Sapphire Pegasus, and Amethyst Cat on the field.

Topaz Tiger, Cobalt Eagle, Emerald Tortoise, and Amber Mammoth were in the graveyard, and Rainbow Dragon was in my hand, and it did not trigger the summon.
