please FIX Levia Dragon - Daedalus + Maiden of the Aqua not working

I have Levia Dragon - Daedalus on the field and maiden of the aqua -As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the field is treated as "Umi" (however there is no increasing or decreasing of ATK/DEF due to "Umi"'s effect). If there is an active Field Spell Card on the field, this effect is not applied. Why the effect of levia dragon can't be activated? i already have umi on the field which is the effect of "Maiden of aqua"

this issue might be related to "ruling" which i think they are conditions that are not written in the text of a card.

Read the description more carefully.
"As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the field is treated as Umi"
>"the field is treated as Umi"
and not "this card is trated as Umi".
To activate Deadalus' effect you have to send Umi to the graveyard, but there really is no face up Umi on the field, it's just that the field is being treated as Umi.

Because Maiden Of The Aqua is NOT a field spell. She is just a monster that is treated as Umi which combos well with cards like Sea Stealth Attack, Deepsea Warrior, Legendary Fisherman 1 & 2, etc.

Yep it's trash, should be R instead of SR. But i trade my SR ticket for maiden aqua too. If you know what i mean lol
