depends on which kuriboh you add to hand
If sphere kuriboh then you missed timing as it already needs to be in the hand to stop the attack (unless that changed, in which case that's a bug).
And finally winged kuriboh needs to be destroyed from field to graveyard to activate.
All 3 can be stopped by card effect but what you said so far that doesn't sound likely.
i can say now for sure that its not a bug as if it woudlve been happening to other players then devs would catch it.

So I tested my exodia deck. Dunno why but I had 1 kuriboh already in hand after my sangan died I added 1 more kuriboh so I had 2 now. After Gazelle attacks the game totally not asked me to use it. I will test with ON. But tell me please if on first attack I decline the activation on second attack why not ask me?

Like I said, Auto will do that sometimes. It's supposed to make the game flow more smoothly but the major drawback is that it might not allow you activate certain effects sometimes. Even in pvp matches I've encountered people who try to take advantage of this fact. That's why you should always set it to "toggle button". That way if you feel you might need to activate some effect at any point, you can immediately switch to ON and be sure that the game will give you the activation promt.
Imagine if you had Anti-Magic arrows in your hand, if the activation confirmation is set to "Auto" then when you go into the battle phase the game will ask if you want to activate AMA, and if you do you won't be able to actiavte anything else during that battle phase.
Now here's the crazy part, if you had it set to "ON" during the start of the battle phase you can activate any quick-play spell or trap card and then chain AMA to it and both effects will resolve!
please read sangan effect lol, you cant use the effect of a card you add or a card with the same named you added in the same turn.
