Aroma deck tips?

I'm working on an aromage deck as well. I'd say draining shield is a good addition since it stops an attack and activates aroma effects. Other than that standard backrow would be good.

maybe you should do normal plant deck? the best card atm to put rose lover to graveyard without losing card advantage is Dust Knight.
other alternatives i was thinking about combo, rigorous reaver - rose lover - marina
or tribute to the doomed/dark world lightning might work in such deck.

other plant cards: fairy king truesdale, Talaya, Princess of Cherry Blossoms

Fragrance Storm works good with DNA Surgery,

I'm also making an aromage deck lol. I'd add a world tree and maybe solemn wishes or a draining shield. Divine wrath and tribute to the doom are good ways of getting Rose Lover to the GY, though they're both URs. Or, y'know, make a 30 card deck with 3 rose lovers and use "That Grass Looks Greener" and do that thing

man i love plants! only because when i first started the game i was stuck in gold for a while then i built a f2p Marina deck and went straight to plat 3 (after that i had to switch gears again) but still it was the deck that delivered me from frustration! and now they're adding the arom archetype; i'm excited to run plants again.

man you're so lucky! i've been dying to get 3 of the new monsters! i only got the field spell!

i think you should lose that trap card and maybe the papacorns and focus on your aromage monsters and add ONLY cards with effects that synergize well with the aromage playstyle. in a 20card deck, you gotta have a very clear strategy in mind so EVERY card you draw will be a desired one.
you got the right idea adding fragrance storm, that card is awesome with rose lover and Marina. you gotta pick though; focus on marina's control effect or the aromage monster. with both its too crowded and you might not draw the card you need when you really need it.

-Win rate=good even with others tier decks, probably the most annoying are gladiator beast, but for that reason and others exist ultimate providence (that and to make more easily to send rose lovers to gy without summon).
-Don't use papacord, i try it but is useless, he doesn't gain the 1500 that would be suppose happen, he only gains 1000 from his own effect.
-in this deck is better talaya than mariña, because you can protect and this deck doesn't want to destroy your owns monsters
-1 Fragance is enough, jasmine is the draw motor and you don't have to destroy your own monster to activate it.
-Floodgates, to def and probably the best trap right now, why this one and not mirro wall or other traps?. because bergamot have pircieng damage too...
-Which skill? you can use lp a, restart or duel standby, i recommend duel standby, restart isn't real good now, it allows to your opponent see your hand and will know your deck. but if you don't have duel standby, use restart or lp a. depends on how you more like to play.

So I've been messing around with a slightly modified version of this deck some in KC cup, and I'm actually really enjoying it. I was getting sick of playing pvp with my six sam deck, and this is just the refresher I needed to get back into it.

Ultimate providence was a really good suggestion, and I'm surprised that I haven't really heard much about it other than from this post. It alone has won me quite a few games, and people don't really seem to expect it.

Fragrance storm seems too situational to use even with one copy when you can run one additional backrow instead. Also, an easy card to get called nitwit outwit can also help gain an LP advantage by throwing away rose lover or bergamot if you have to many in your hand.

So im thinking

3x Jasmine
2x Rose Lover
2x Beramot
3x Rosemary
3x Aroma garden
3x Draining shield
1x Fragrance storm
3x standard backline cards

SKILL: Duel standby

draining shield can protect jasmine while drawing cards and you can use france storm to send rose lover to the GY if you didnt get her on the first hand or they wont attack her for whatever reason
2 rose lover means 2 bergamots which i think is enough anyway
rose mary can change jasmine to defence position if you send out jasmine AFTER rosemary if you didnt have her in your hand
Draining shield should make up for the lost LP from LP boost a or if you didnt get garden in first hand

Im yet to try this because im still getting cucked on jasmines from the trader so lemme know
