Which cards get to use partial effects despite Forbidden Chalice?
So far I am aware of only two cards that can pull off some of their effects despite being hit with Forbidden Chalice.

Masked Hero Anki - Able to direct attack but at full damage(!) - other effects are negated.

Chow Len the Prohet - If the called card type is correct, activation will still be blocked but the chosen facedown will not be flipped to show the opponent if their choice was correct. (Surely that's not how it plays out in the TCG?)

Does anyone else know other partial negations like this? I don't mean things like Chalice + Flash Assailant as that's Chalice doing it's job.

Any cards that special summon themselves (Vassal/Dyn/Gilasaurus) removes the enemy from special summoning from their graveyard on Dyn/Gilasaurus if I am not mistaken. Vassal loses his banish effect though if I'm also not mistaken.

Relinquished can absorb a monster as equip activating chalice after makes it lose its initial attack gain from the equip/damage effect for that turn.

Dankini can still make the opposition sac if you don't activate it immediately, (depending who has control of it and when you activate it on it) but the peircing for the turn /etc. will be negated.

Basically overall, any card that has an effect that can be chained if you don't activate it on an ignition or chinable effect, the effect goes through...

So:

Monster summon: Effect activates: If chainable/ignites: Activate forbidden all effects are negated.

If you wait though until after the effect activates then the effect can go through but you can still cancel the rest of the effect.

The exception are monsters like Blizzard Princess who's effect doesn't chain or a creature that can't be targetted by spells, and or affected by them or can't be targetted by opponents cards effects in general.
