The cards themselves are... alright. You won't be making any major PVP wins, but it isn't the worst deck to start wtih. The fusion heros are alright, but mostly it's a question of WHAT you are looking for.
Some people have prefered the fusion heroes in this deck as making them buy it multiple times... but mostly it's a deck that buffs the hero cards. It won't be a top PVP board deck, but you may still have some fun playing it.
This structure changed D-Heroes from a trash useless deck here, to a viable good deck. You're probably need to buy at least 2 of it for a consistent fusion version, but you can also try Plasma/Dogma turbo.
Compared to the other structure decks, this one is the most worthy imo.
