Something bad about Daily Loaner deck challenge

What's the criteria here that a deck can be used in the challenge? or it is just random? I ran into some exodia deck with Red-Eyes, Red-Eyes' stones, cards from the sky, common charity and lot of low level normal light fairy monsters. I see the idea but the execution is horrible, play 10 times, lose 10 times against AI deck at stage level 60.

And then I ran into a deck that is explicitly named "Rank Down", the deck is totally filled with cards to pay LP for quick suicide. Guess the owner just wants to quickly complete PVP quest or lower his rank to smurf against weaker players.

It's random, the computer chooses a random deck from the severs I would assume from a random player onlines deck which is why you run into decks with just like 8* monsters somtimes.
