Anyone know how to transfer data from phone to PC?

As the title says I play this heavily on my phone but id like to also be able to play on PC

Yeah it's pretty easy, while in game click on the wheel on the top right corner of the screen, click on Data Transfer Settings, that will take you to Konami's website, if you don't have an account you must create one, then login with your username and password and a message will appear in-game, click on set up data transfer. Now, open the game on your pc and click on Data Transfer on the main screen, login again with your username and password and there you go, sounds complicated but once you've done it it's pretty simple.

When you do this, if you end up doing something on your computer, does it save on your phone?
