is it worth farmin for one? i really want to build one but if its useless i dont see a point.

As long as you already have a solid competitive and auto duel deck, I'd say go for it. Only real issue is that you can't get Toon Barrel Dragon or Toon Dark Magician Girl, as they're event only and I don't think they're a part of event SR tickets yet. TDMG is recommended for a lot of the toon decks that I've seen, but you can probably have some fun working around that.

Ya that's more or less what has stopped me from building one as well. I started playing maybe a week after the toon event, so I lack a lot of the necessary cards. I'll stick to playing turn 1 blue eyes for now.

i 2 turn people using only toon summoned skull so its viable

without toon kingdom this deck wont be that strong :| you can use toon summoned skull instead of cards you mentioned other useful cards - aegis of gaia.
