What is the general consensus for Ghostrick decks at the moment?
They're one of my favourite decks from the actual TCG and I got a whole bunch of them from the Bonz event a while ago, and I'm interested in building them here in DL. Obviously due to DL not having Xyz monsters, we miss out on main playmakers like Alucard and Socuteboss, but it seems that with 6 out of 15 main deck monsters, along with a couple of support cards, there's probably enough meat on the archetype's bones to make a self sufficient and at least, halfway decent deck out of them.

You and me both, I got back into the TCG thanks to Ghostricks.

If you intend on using them I highly suggest getting Astral Barrier. As it can protect your monsters, but you suffer a direct attack. THEN in conjunction use the trap card that makes all direct attacks 0(a possible drop from Bastion). This basically makes it like your playing a reverse Ghostrick Parade.

Ghouls is eh, I run 1(like I do in the TCG) as Ghostricks aren't really meant for attacking.
Yeti, is pretty bland the 2k wall is nice for this format, its basically a ghostrick vanish on legs. Can be useful if you want to get field presence.
Skeleton is top tier rage quitter material, there's areason why he is considered one of the best mill cards. He's gonna be the main playmaker
Stein, until the field spells come out its only use is to search vanish and scare(atm)
Mummy, pretty good, but its 0 defense makes it so you have to use it if you have another Ghostrick already out and seeing as we don't have any XYZ and only 3 field zones its usability is diminished, its still good, but not as useful as it is in the TCG.
Wtich, pretty solid, but has to be used with the two trap card combo mentioned above to be really useful. Can be useful in a pintch to attack a low defense, high attack monster.
Yuki-ona: A floodgate trap hole, nuff said. The enemy feels so bad that they hurt her that they curl up in a ball and cry forever.

So in order of usefulness to niche I'd say Skele > Yuki > Stein > Mummy > Yeti > Ghoul
Trap cards there are only two and Vanish does have its moments, but scare is a really good card so throw that into the deck asap.
Powerful Rebirth to easily revive cards and to make mummy's effect activate easier.

As mentioned above the two trap card combo can really hurt the opponent as not many players run backrow removal.

I too have a ghost trick deck in tcg lol to bad the deck is super casual these days but still a fun mess around deck anyways in terms of Duel links best varient is a skeleton mill atm, with back row like feint battle plan preventing them from delairing attacks on face down monsters, scare ect basically just stall out and mill which is not really competitive in higher ranks but i'm sure can be some fun when it does work.

I would not call them very competitive right now, but they are rather fun to play and with backrow support they are viable in non- or lowranking matches.

Hmm... would A Feint Plan help the archetype out? Or is that too temporary to offer much defense?
