I farmed like 2 months straight. finally got "destiny draw" by the end of last year.
Just keep farming and pray for the RNG

are you farming L40 duelists at the gate? and all spawned lgendary duelists in world? getting 8k points each match will speed that up.

Use a RA deck and get 8k points every duel to maximize your chances of getting it.

I got mine as well from spamming Arkana in the Marik event. Those map pieces can really pile up after a while.
