Can Pc play against Mobile

My friend plays duel links on his tablet, and I play duel links on the PC, will we be able to friend each other? Or is it pc can only play against PC, and mobile only against mobile?

I'm pretty sure I tried this, and with an IRL friend, we discovered we both had to be on mobile to play each other, if I was on steam we just could never play.

friend duels i don't know but in matchmaking you can 100% play against mobile while playing on pc.

You need to be on the same version and the steam one lags behind during update time.

yes you can in friend duels, i have try it myself. on both account mobile vs pc, it works just fine
