Suspecting Cheating In PVP..
I know this is a tough claim to prove and anyone who would cheat at this game wouldn't admit it and would do their best to hide it. But, I've ran Into games where i suspect people can see my face down monsters or cards.

Also, this is not triggered by a skill or card effect.. I just got out of a game where I had 3 monsters down in defense and 2 monsters which would have punished my opponent severely and also I set monsters earlier in the game that was a specific monster the opponent was avoiding all together as if he knew what the card was.. and it seemed pretty suspicious..

I'm not running a predictable deck or a copy and pasted deck either. I'm wondering if mods exist that allow you to see peoples face downs or hands in PVP. If so that's completely unacceptable.

Has anyone had a similar experience or wonder the same thing?

If you don't mind me asking what cards did you set?

A relatively broad answer would be after ppl utilizing Sazank, Snowman-Eater, Gale Lizard and other cards like those in pretty much every deck ppl got more cautious in general and play the long game, if you don't attack i won't either, either bc they can deckout you anyways or they hope they can deal with it later.
There are cheats for this game but most of the times they limit themselfes to instant wins, no idea if there is a cheat or cracked apk that lets you see the entire field, i think so, wouldn't be too hard i guess, given that you could use Pegasus' skill to find out the codes for it.

Hey, thanks for the quick response.

I was setting yomi ships. Additionally, I would like to state that he was attacking but he was avoiding the two set yomi ships. Also ,earlier in the game i set one before those two that was also avoided and i ended up tributing, every other one of my monsters got attacked..

that is indeed really weird, a replay would help bc if you had them set for multiple turns but put the other monsters in ATK your opponent prob just guessed that you have something with a "on destruction" effect, as a flip effect would have activated even if he wouldn't attack.

Wish I had saved the replay. Anyway, I just went ahead and reported the player.. Also, it is worth noting that i didn't summon any monsters in attack the whole duel except for special summons and the tribute that i stated.

Another thing that is weird I've ran into is a connection loss when ever i get a good combo in my hand. I don't have any connection issues although i know the server can suck sometimes.. and this is the only game it happens on. Just really makes me wonder if these are coincidences or people are really cheating..

yep, as i said there are cheaters, 100%.
well, it could obv be that your opponent was just unnaturally careful, there are usually some ways to tell what a set card is, f.e. if you play a deck that profits from tributes f.e. and you won't tribute those cards it's a dead giveaway that you want me to attack into those set cards but it's sketchy nonetheless, let's just hope the report function actually does something, guess we'll never now but yea if you think something is sketchy always save the replay and report, better safe than sorry i guess.

I don't think cheating is involved here. honestly, most players want to avoid attacking into face downs, there is many bad cards at the moment. unless you're really confident with your board most higher level players aren't going to just mindlessly attack into a face down. you can thank sazank for making people pretty paranoid about it, personally I'm loving it cus my rykos (yes, plural, I FINALLY got a second one) are having a field day with a free flip summon
