Cannot be Tributed, except for the Tribute Summon of "Slifer the Sky Dragon", "Obelisk the Tormentor", or "The Winged Dragon of Ra". You cannot Special Summon monsters, except by the effect of "Ra's Disciple".
Since you were not going to special summon any more Ra's Disciple, you can't special summon at all, your opponent was a smart man.

Thank you. I didn't read Ra's disciple text and only remembered the special summoning part. Pretty cool rules interaction and combo.

Also, yeah, that guy pulled a really cool and annoying combo, Ra's disciple is harder to get hid off than it looks, you did good to not waste anymore time on that duel.
