In-game file download is crazy slow HELP!

Title. My current speed is 20mbps and in-game data files are taking ages to download. I know it's not top of the line internet speed, but several gigs can download within an hour yet this game which has maybe 2 gigs tops takes MUCH longer than 1 hour. It's so slow

Could be your antivirus? Can do funny things to your Internet speeds, especially while downloading things. It'll get there in time though =)

Had a similar issue with Warframe but that stopped when I upgraded to a stronger PC.

Could be your computer. What are your specs?

I am 100% sure hardware is not an issue.
