Can you get the deck skill grandpa's cards in 2019 ?

I read up online that the way to get exodia is to get the skill Grandpa's cards but it says you unlock it at lvl 4 but it is not there for me. It is another skill. Please help.

it's on Yugi Muto not Yami Yugi and yes you can still get the skill.

Yes, that skill is still available, but only for the Charakter Yugi Muto.

you can get it from duel with legendary duelists i guess
it will drop random but you need to duel a lot with yugi muto (+40 level on character for sure)

I got it naturally while grinding my levels fighting with him at lvl 10x3...dont wast the keys just incorporate it into some gem farming, if you want it that bad, for for it sure buy just watch that key count =)

EDIT: Wait, that was something else, isn't this skill a Lvl up reward?

it is for reaching level 4 with Yugi Muto
