I'm planning on making said deck, and I have all their cards (as a f2p player, I've only 1 of the UR/2 SR's though), but I need help figuring their deck out, mostly tactics and additional cards, alongside recommended Duelists to use them with. ...

I'd go Crowler because he has open deck spaces, but no synergy, and Leo, while having synergy, already has most of his deck spaces used up by other decks..

Practice, they aren't a deck you can explain no matter what, however here is a video on them, basically at 1 point he goes through the cards and define each of their purposes, even gets a perfect 10 battle win except the surrender at the last which is 11 due to the fact that he wants to stay in Legend

Also general rule of thumb, go for the 5Ds characters if you are using high priority Synchro Decks
