So it's a fun deck to use, but it take time to set up your field, so since the current meta is full of decks that basically swarm the field with high level monsters strait away )Red Eyes, Blue Eyes, Neos etc.) I can't see Aliens being very effective at the moment, even with the new cards.
Plus the new Synchro monster is good, but my concern is that it's not actually an Alien monster, so it won;t get the benefit of having the A-counters on the field, which seems a little pointless
It's main issue is that while it is possible to establish a field presence early if you're lucky, you practically rely on A-Counters for all your plays and the counters aren't exactly hard to remove. Ancient Gears and Subterrors just destroy this deck
