i tried to data transfer my account onto my phone but i accidently did it wrong now i lost my account and idk if theres a way to get it back

I clicked data transfer on my phone while logged in to duel links and signed into my konami account then I clicked data transfer on my laptop cause I thought I did something wrong then when I went on my laptops duel links it was the same account as my phone's account

Did you have more than one account? If yes, then you made a mistake 1) According to Terms Of Use, you can only own one account 2) You accidentally saved a new/old account over your old/new account.

This is how you should've made your account
STEPS: Download game from either your computer your phone > open game > go into Duel Links' settings > data transfer > click "generate KONAMI ID" > fill out the information form and create your password. KONAMI ID is sent to your email address. Save both your ID and password on a notepad so you don't forget. After that, your account is automatically saved on Konami's system.

In order to access your account if something went wrong, it needed to be tied to a Konami id and password first. Hopefully you didn't overwrite it with a new account.

If you did then your account is gone forever. Remember, if you choose to make a new account, always generate a new konami id from the new account, not the old one, or delete the old account just in case you don't overwrite the files.
