... Oh, for your tickets, aim for staple-spells and traps and other key cards for decks, like Hero support, such as UR fusions ....the two old Hero Structure decks hold a few worthwhile cards, and Vision Hero Trinity has been an amazing help for Quick wins against AI.
I wouldnt rush into them though, it's important that you learn all your options first (it's a mistake any new player can make to dive headfirst into a box without studying), there's more than I can give.
4000 Gems is not enough. You need at least 9999 Gems. If you want to jump into the game, the best option for you would be to spend 500 Gems and a few bucks on the Red-Eyes Structure Deck.
U need to find a deck layout in the internet and then buy its boxes
Theres a card catalogue ingame which offers a button ,,how to get``
I needed to open 800 packs to finish the most luxury way of my deck.
Sylvans deck is not bad too. with those 3 decks, its 100% you will reach legend rank
That box will be only 25 gems per pack till 11-th, if you didnt know so grab them while you can :)
And yes, I can give some info.
I suggest picking a Red-Eyes, Neos and Synchro Connection structure decks with gems, once each. You can make a good Red-Eyes Junk deck from there, which is actually a really good and cheap deck for begginers, I know I have a deck list for that....ah, here is it.
1x Red-Eyes Wyvern
1x Red-Eyes Archfiend
1x Red-Eyes Retro Dragon
2x Red-Eyes B. Dragon
1x Red-Eyes Fusion
2x Red-Eyes Insight
1x Red-Eyes Spirit
1x Return of Red-Eyes
1x Elemental Hero Neos
1x Neos Fusion
1x Junk Barrage
2x Junk Blader
2x Junk Breaker
1x Junk Servant
1x Junk Anchor
1x Birthright
1x Shapesister
1x Spikeshield with Chain
1x Red-Eyes Slash Dragon
1x Brave Neos
1x Gravity Warrior
1x Giganticastle
Other than Giganticastle, which comes from the Card Trader, everything in that deck list comes from either tickets (costs you 3 SR tickets, but I recommend getting 2 Red-Eyes Spirit, so 4 SR tickets) and the 3 structure decks. You can add other staples you get via Dream Tickets. Discord-chan is best to ask regarding those.
As for boxes that you want to open only once, I would recommend:
- Blazing Rose is superb of a box, as it gives you 2 strong decks in Subterrors and Metaphys, with further support for Red-Eyes, which can allow you to make my Red-Eyes Guardragon deck, which is something I've had lots of success with, even in Legend and KoG before the addition of "no demotion". If you want a list for that, I can add it.
- Cybernetic Revolution is another strong box, but the main player here is the Crystron deck, and the Flip Flop Frogs. Flip Flop is simply one of the best cards currently, and it will heavily boost your Subterrors if you decide to make that deck. But do keep in mind, the Crystrons aren't easy to play.
- Valhalla Calling. This one has a bit more niche stuff with Nordics and Cardians, but the good news for Cardians is that all their cards are R and N rarity, which means that in 90% of the cases, by the time you open around half the box, you got all the cards for that deck. Nordics are a bit more iffy, as they aren't the strongest of decks, but they managed to get to KoG, so it's a viable rogue deck, and hey, prepare to strike your enemies with the hammer of Thor.
If you are willing to spend some more gems on a good deck and open multiples, I'll recommend you the following miniboxes, as it will be easier for you as a newer player to open multiples of a minibox than a box.
- Spirit of the Beast for Ritual Beasts and Yosenjus. Just a note, similar to Crystrons, Ritual Beasts aren't easy to play.
- Curse of Dread for Vendreads.
- Guardians of Rock for both Electromagnet Warriors and Triamids (ask Fur for more info on that deck)
- Dimension of Wizards for Madolche and Psychic Wheeleder, as that card is super good at making Psychic decks viable.
I think having at least two decks is best before going for staples. If you want to focus on a deck with all your gems, you can go to the trader for the second one : aromage is the best Free To Play deck, you should try it.
I wouldn't worry about the boxes. Just play the Structure Deck for a few months until you have saved 9999 Gems.
I would suggest against this idea.
You don't need to stack up gems and open the whole box at once. You can open just a certain number of packs, me for example, I have 3 ways of opening packs:
- 1. 1 pack at a time if I only need 1 certain card from the box, so I can stop exactly when I get it.
- 2. 5 packs at a time. Simply, when I get 250 gems, I open 5 packs
- 3. 10 packs at a time. Simply, when I have more than 250 gems making it so I would open 6 packs or so, I wait till I get enough to open 10.
Opening packs this way, while you gain gems will also allow you to play decks and learn them, you don't need to make the deck 100% to be perfect, even around 60-70% it will be enough to learn combos, and as more cards you get from the boxes, the better you can make the decks.
