Dark Magician Style Deck?

Just got this and was looking for some tips/advice and where I might find some cards.

Not looking to PvP or anything just have fun fighting the AI. I used to (very casually) play the game and made a deck based around (Dark) Magicians when I did. In fact I have it right here on my desk.

I had a quick browse of available cards and can see some of them are not available right now. So cards I was looking for:

Dark Magician of Chaos
Dark Magician
Dark Magician Girl
Skilled Dark Magician
Breaker the Magical Warrior (NA)
Royal Magical Library (NA)
Old Vindictive Magician
Magical Dimension (NA)

I also noticed I can buy 2 SR cards and 1 UR card. Any recommendations? I could see Skilled White Magician on the SR list, so not quite who I was after. Sorcerer of Dark Magic is on the UR list, so I guess he could work well?

So what would be the fastest way to go about getting some of these cards?

Well the honestly fastest way is to buy packs, either with real money or gems but they are always rng, if you get lucky you get the card you want in the very first pack you open or if you're unlucky in the very last, nothing you can do really.
Some of the cards are featured in tickets, so maybe check what kind of tickets you have and see if one of the cards you want is available for grabs, i'd personally would advise against this as i play the game competitive but if you really don't care about it feel free to get cards with the tickets.

You get plenty of gems for doing events and leveling up but that obviously takes quite a bit of time so up to you to decide what route to take and overall i'd go for a box first that offers the most cards you want but the cards you want are scattered all over the place so go with mini boxes first so you have a overall slightly higher chance of getting the cards you want.

Did you get the Skilled Dark Magician from the Tour Guide's event? I think it was a bingo sheet. If not, you will only be able to have two of them until a new event comes along to let you obtain a third. Did you play the event for Magician's Robe? Magician's Robe lets you discard cards like Ancient Rules or Dark Magic Curtain, avoiding LP cost and draw wait. Cosmo Brain is used in some decks but I don't use it just to explore other deck arrangements.

Leveling up Yami Yugi and Arkana are going to be your only ways of getting many of the support cards for Dark Magician. Other than that, just whatever fast ways of earning gems you can find and then browsing the Shop and Card Catalog.

Magician's Circle allows you to bring out Dark Magician Girl, so I'm currently using both cards. I also have a Power of the Guardians in my Dark Magician deck right now, which works well with the skilled magician cards because counters can be removed from the monsters instead of the equip card.

If you want to go the route using the counter-based cards then I don't know as I never tried, with cards like Blast Magician, Pitch-Black Power Stone, et cetera.

And idea what I should get with the 1 UR ticket and 2 SR tickets?

I don't know what you mean by being able to buy tickets, and the tickets vary in which cards they offer so it's not like all UR and SR tickets are the same. I believe as a new account you are given tickets to the rarest of cards, so you might want to look up tips for new accounts on some website instead. It's been a long time since I first began, and then they could have made changes since then too, so my memory is lost on that. Basically, don't use your starting tickets on cards that can be obtained in booster packs, structure decks, or as character level up rewards or dropped at random by defeating them.
