Quintet Magician is super busted

I play on mobile, but yeah, this guy is nuts.

Don't be fooled by his fusion requirements - Magicalized Fusion makes it stupidly easy to bring this guy out. What does this card do? It lets you use cards on your field or in your graveyard as fusion materials - basically, super polymerization for spellcasters.

What decks are going to be using this? Magician Girl decks, Dark Magician decks and Gravekeeper decks. As if that wasn;t easy enough, you can use the super busted combo of Future Fusion with Magicalised Fusion to make bringing this guy out a 2 card combo. Yikes.

Watch this space - Spellcaster meta is incoming.

That being said don't insult my intelligence by saying I must have a bad deck, It's not the best deck in the world sure but it's got enough survivability to survive 2 quint summons, and I just won a duel where someone summoned obelisk the tormentor on their first phase.And just figured a rejig build on my deck to counter him but I'll be checking those cards you mentioned out as well.

I don't like using meta decks to win, I find them dull boring and unfun because there's no challenge, I much prefer to use my own thinking to use cards in creative ways to win [with my ragtag deck with not a single card in the extra deck beats those meta decks more often than you'd think]. I don't like preforming a host of 12 or more chain/combo summons in one turn to bring out 3 cards with over 3k attack each that have your opponent gone afk to do shopping for half an hour and arriving back just as you've finished your turn. XD.

I still do think his attack needs a nerf to give people the chance to respond when he is summoned, even nerfing his attack to 3k would still leave him as being an insanely strong card. clearing the field and 1 shot win just seems cheap to me.

You can't nerf stats of a card that's not how Yugioh in general works, you can only nerf how many copies a card has. The only nerfs to cards themselves is the description but that requires the known version of it to do that first. Again there isn't a reason to nerf a non threat card, it did nothing in the KC Cup which is the determining factor for card nerfs, it can't be a FTK problem, and in general even when it was first released it didn't make a splash or impact other than people whining about Grass Quintet which is nothing more than a coin toss

Why Quintet Magician is one of the most ridiculous cards ever created : 30 cards in the deck with "the grass looks greener". You instant sent 5 spellcasters with different names in graveyard > you summon him > you wipe the field > you OTK.

You need less than 20 IQ to win with this card.

Most of the people are using 20 cards decks.

You just need x3 fusion cards and x3 grass.

All the other cards will be spellcasters x1 copy of each of them with different names.

Even if your opponent negates the first Quintet Magician effect, you will still have another x5 cards in your graveyard to summon the next one.

You are better off getting that card, but you aren't guaranteed it. A majority of your stuff will be monsters with only 6 cards being spells, not to mention both of those spells are at 3 meaning you have a 50 50 on which spell you get, and that's just referring to your opening hand if you don't have either and you go first you screwed, that's why you have other cards to back sure your plan works in the end

The whole point of a meme deck is just for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles, meaning they aren't good or bad they are just middle road and since they are middle road they get middle roads, coin toss, 50/50, your win is random

You can use cards like magician girls / mahado / dark magician if mahado dies for extra monster / gemini summoner / old vindictive magician to stall your opponent.

Anyway no point to try to convince you since you don't want to listen.
