Oh you don't know Jaden Yubel thats why

Jaden/Yubel is a event character from the last Yubel event which was a month ago

Basically you can't get the skill since you don't have the character

Also does that say Oct 21 2019 or 2020?

Well, maybe that even comeback until 21 Oct 2019. I have 5-6 friends, who missed it like me

Maybe Konami should not put skills to characters unlocked by events on different events. Because this is bound to happen every time.

They expect people to play the game for more than like a duel a day. If nothing else, they'll make it a special mission to unlock after some other chances to unlock Jaden/Yubel
