Is global chat disabled ?
No matter what I do I cant open global chat. Has it been removed ? I don't have the option to hide chat on so I should be able to see it but I cant.

really?
In city / world map or whatever you call it.
1. Go to gear symbol in upper right and to setting tab
2. you should see "hide global chat" option. click / slide for toggle it on or off

2. you should see "hide global chat" option. click / slide for toggle it on or off

I know about that. If you toggle chat off it puts a symbol in the top right hand side of the screen. I don't have it toggled off so I should be able to see chat but I don't. I see nothing where it says its suppose to be located.
