Most useless card in the game ?

For anyone who hasn't checked the cards in the new card box there is a spell card called Broken Bamboo Sword which causes a monster to gain 0 attack points so.... basically its useless ?

It was a draw engine for decks in tcg combo it with golden bamboo sword and it will be good for faster farming decks in this I'm guessing.

It's mostly used for Exodia FTKs

Also saw a nifty combo with Gearfried the Swordmaster. Not sure how good, but it was an interesting concept.

Bamboo Sword, in the physical game, was used for the Chicken Game Library deck, in which you would win in the first turn by drawing royal magical library, and every draw spell in ur deck, eventually you would draw magical explosion, discard your hand due to Into The Void, then you would set Magical Explosion, and then end turn, during the Main Phase before your opponent does anything, you activate it, dealing 8100 points minimum, and 9500 points maximum of damage

Broken Bamboo Sword is ment to be used along side other Bamboo Sword spells. The real most useless cards are virtually all normal monsters with less then 1700 ATK. (Especially those with less then 1000 ATK)

Nah, at least you can freely play those. To me, the most useless are nomi monsters like Larvae Moth and Metalzoa. They are basically without abilities but expect you do move the moon to summon them.

Nevermind the fact that tiny normal monsters actually do have support cards. Not great ones, maybe not even good ones, but useless implies there is nothing you can do with them. These nomi monsters do NOTHING.

I'm here to say that I just battled several people running new Bamboo Burn decks in Platinum utilizing Woodland Sprite that can OTK, it's far from useless. I wish this pack hadn't been released

I agree with Chibi Vampire. Really the OTK Woodland Sprite with 2 different bamboo cards and some black pendants is totally wrong. Some will say it's possible to counter, but in a format where you can go as low as 20 cards in a deck, making a system that your opponent ( or yourself if you play it ) can kill the other without even letting him/her set one card is really bad... There's probably tons of people who used that to reach platinium. I can understand how in a regular format, it would not be so OP, but in speed duels, needs some nerf.

I have a wetlands deck and all my monsters in my deck have 1700 attack or less. In fact only 4 of them have 1700 attack and the others have 500 or less yet my wetlands deck got me to platinum rank 1 before the reset. I always get a bit of a laugh when I beat someone who has a deck of 1800 or 1900 attack point monsters and I use only level 1,2, and 3 monsters.

Submarine Frog for example, he has 1200 attack and can do damage to defence position monsters. Pretty weak on his own but place a Wetlands field spell and he now has 2400, now add a Water Boy he'll have 2900. Thats right, my level 3 frog can kick the butt of your red eyes AND GOD HELP YOU IF I GET A SECOND WATER BOY ! YOUR BLUE EYES WONT BE CHIT BOOOOOOII ! lol

To be fair, it's useful in duel links. Can be used to get an extra +500 to your duel assessment points.
