How to make my Masked beast deck better?

so i been using this Masked beast deck that i edit and well it did got me to silver but now i been loseing alot more games now i dont now if its rng or its the deck but im just going to ask what cards to use in the deck? here's the deck http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1237196709 (sorry if my grammar is bad)

here's my opinion:
1. I think beatdown is an overkill. Masked beast's atk is already high. restart is better
2. You probably want a stall card like: faint plan or windstorm etaqua
3. Add 1 or 2 doom dog octhros to search masked beast
4. try to open Valkrye's rage and find 2 or 3 copies of Caligo claw crow
5. Dark necrofear, this is a really good backup plan and has a great synergy with masked beast
6. You can use Yugi's power of dark and add 1800 atk fiend to swarm your field
7. 3 masked beast is an overkill. 2 max, more than that they can clog your hand

its just to bad that i dont have doom dog and i dont see that the card trader is going to have that card anytime soon and i been lvl up bandit keith for restart and i may have to take out the 1 beast and the draw power

it's a fun deck, I've played for a while but to tell you the truth. It's tier 3 maximum, I never got a win in platinum even with necrofear added. I learn there's a much better fiend deck but that's a talk for another day

The dogs are good. I also use common charity for more draw power.three masked beasts is a bit much. Take it down to two and put in lava golem or necrofear.

Try adding some good cards and remove the magic/traps card you currently use.
