What I found hard with this deck was dealing with ppl's traps and it usually cost me my board presence to even utilize the samurai's abilities of having another on the field.
Honestly I am not saying its the best Six Samurai deck out there but allot of the online versions you need 2-3 Shoguns for so is a little harder to get.
It is a great deck to start with but takes allot of getting used to since it is just a better than average deck really.
As for the Enemy Controllers I got mine purely from events so I am sure they will come around again if they are that easy to get :)
If you want a more aggressive deck with either of those cards I think it would work pretty well.
Irou is good for when facing decks that like to use flip cards such as Burn Decks.
Steed is useful as any Six Samurai surviving a turn benefits the deck very well especially getting Shogun out.
As for the 3 Yaichis ? Yeah hat can be good but the problem I found is more often than not as soon as you get the chance to pop Yaichis effect the enemy will just flip the card you target.
I kept it at 1 just to not rely on his ability too much to win a match.
without running in a wod or mirrorwall.
the usual setup is:
3x zanji, 3x hand, 2x yaichi, 1x kamon, 2x powerful rebirth
in addition 2 of these:
shogun, chancelor, blue flame swordman, footsoldier, freed matchless general, ...
speedup:
footsoldier ( nice search but slow )
doublesummon, rival appaers ( both kinda slow )
copy knight ( aspec with shogun, hand and econ )
tribute to the doomed ( aspec with chancelor )
well, now addays i would dismiss yaichi, cause of trunade, n still add irou instead.
