How do I Unlock Pegasus?

hello there guys! i missed the the "welcome to Toon World" event and the chance to unlock him BUT, after months without playing i returned to duel links, and apparently he can be again unlocked the thing is: i don't understand what "Complete all character Unlock Missions" is.
it have to do with the gx world? or just the normal?

please guys help me, i really want him!(and his deck of course)

If you're at Stage 13 his Unlock Missions will appear (DM).

All that I have left to accomplish for his unlock is using Counter Traps twice on him in one duel. I'm in between a rock and a hard place on this cuz A: Short supply of CT cards. And B: What I do have just hasn't panned out for me yet.

Character Unlock Missions will call for a certain style of dueling. For instance Mako Tsunami needs you to Tribute Summon 150 times, and then a few more hoops to jump through for him and his Deck. Bastion from GX requires you to win ithink 50 duels with 3 or fewer cards remaining in your deck.

Get yourself 2 Riryoku field counter trap cards (common on the trader) and 2 block attack (You start with them). Play a deck with those cards against a level 10 pegasus with self chain ON, and just stall (place a strong attack card and wait, level 10 AI doesn't bother defending) until you have said cards in your hand, and place both a riryoku field and one block attack per turn, then activate and counter yourself twice.

Comeback victory means you have to be low (Roughly 1000 lp) before your opponent hits that mark. Than win the duel. Best to grab cards that can quickly gut your lp count as you stall a few turns before winning.

Edit: Letting the AI throw a few punches also works though is harder to control.

well about the comeback i discovered that you only have to win with your lp lower than your opponent in 1 turn like: my lp is 2000 and my opp400, if i win in 1 turn with my lp less than him its a comeback, BUT thanks for all the help guys.
