Which packs should I open for a Red Eyes deck?

So... I have three Red Eyes B. Dragons, and know which set has Wyverns... but there also seem to be a lot of spell/trap cards that play into the archetype? Did I just overlook them earlier when looking through sets, or do I have to do something like farm a specific person/hope the card trader gets good stock?

The red eyes spell and trap cards were from an event. You'll have to wait for the event to come back or a new event use them as promos.

most of them are gained through ticket trades.

Red Eyes Spirit is an SR PvP Ticket so if your looking for an alternative use Searchlight
The same goes for Red Eyes Insight
Cards of the Red Stone is in Crimson Kingdom
Red Eyes B Chick is in Age of Discovery(though it's not good as its a potential dead card)

Last two aren't that good, you really only need Spirit and Insight.

Forgot to mention Meteor Dragon Red-Eyes Impact
this was from an event and was the only way to obtain this card(still hasn't crept into the PvP reward ticket)

Use your gems to get Gozuki, Red Eyes Zombie Dragon, Wyvern from Crimson Kingdom. If you're newly joined you can go to the envelope icon at the top right of the screen use the single arrow and search until you find PVP survey, complete the survey to get a free SR ticket. Use that ticket at the PVP arena for either Insight or Spirit. Also you should have gotten some SR tickets with the GX event if it's a new account you can use those tickets for Insight, Spirits as well. Also just pvping and winning (you can stay in bronze or rookie and just win X amount of times) to get more SR tickets for more. The traps, other utility cards can wait imo Gozuki, REZD and wyvern are more important. After you have your Red eyes deck try and go for Wall of Disruption, Floodgate and Mirror wall traps as their utilities are versatile and used in many decks.

Sadly, I spent most of my tickets on Blue Dragon Summoners when I was new... thankfully still have the survey one though! Given the only one on offer from it is Red Eyes Spirit(well, and Meteor), I'll grab that and work on getting more from pvp.
