how to get ancient rules card?
i get 1 after mokuba lv.up to 23 but i need 3
where i can get it?

no you cant get 3 copies, only 2
and both of them are from Mokuba's level up reward

You cana ctually have 3 copies dude.
One with makuba lvl 23.
One with makuba lvl 33 (or 35 dont remember)
And one from... Rare tickets (like i did with my second copy).

It seems as though with the rare tickets I have, I can't obtain it, it isn't in the list.

probably because the ones you have are daily login rewards. those have to be ranked reward tickets afaik

thats one for the "toss your salt" thread.

and the answer is that konami has been throwing out a lot of SR / UR tickets for the 5D release. This means that everybody could build an amazones deck. they will get nerfed, but for now you can still use them
