You might have to uninstall and reinstall Duel Links, but that also means redownloading all the updates.

Think you can't, you may need to create a new steam account.

just make a new steam account, its what i do, i have 3 accounts, a main "Collectathon" account and two others i started with different play styles

make a blank account on your phone back it up via Konami ID use savefile transfer, there you go.

I think the better question is why? What is there to gain from starting over?

I mean, I guess if you did something foolish like converted character reward cards like Blue-eye Shining Dragon into coins or something that would be a reason.

Necroing years-old topics is highly not recommended and lowkey against the rules. If we had actual mods over here this topic wouldve already been closed.

I also tried it since I played the game on Steam a while ago and I searched for many explanations including deleting the userdata of the game after turning off the Steam cloud sync, buit it didn't work out because I didn't find the game data properly on my files.

After a long time trying, the thing that goes right for me was:

1 - Create a new Konami ID here: https://my1.konami.net/
2 - Download the game ON YOUR CELLPHOINE. I use Android, so if that's your case, remember to don't link your game with Google Play.
3 - You will start a new progress on your cellphone. Just do the tutorial and stuff to buy your first couple of cards (probably it will take like 5 min). When the game let's you, just go to ''Settings > Transfer data configuration > Data transfer with Konami ID'' and insert your Konami ID you just created at the step 1. Now, you have a Konami ID with couple minutes played, ready to be used on your Steam.
4 - After all of this, open the game ON YOUR PC STEAM ACCOUNT and, in the menu, go for Data transfer with Konami ID and insert the same info.
