Medical Syringe limited?
Why can't we upgrade the capacity like Evil Within? Maximum 3 Medical Syringe is not enough ...

Like Angry Malice said, there are two syringe pouches you can find that will increase your syringe capacity.

You can also carry one medkit. And you can craft the syringes and medkits on the go anytime, but keep in mind that it does cost more herbs to craft outside of crafting station.

Thanks for the quick reply! I was thinking it is not enough because I always found many Medical Syringe but cannot carry them more than 3. Since the gameplay require to explore the map to upgrade capacity like ammo... ermm... prefer the game provide more hints....

Depends on the difficulty. On normal difficulty I did not really need more than 3 at a time. If anything, more heal items = more reckless playstyle.
