Why aren't any of the english voice actors the same?

I believe Sebastian's voice actor was changed due to his in-game appearance intentionally being changed.

Not sure about Kidman, though.

Tatiana sounds the same as she does in the first game.

I think both Sebastian and Kidman's voice actor got changed, though. I personally really like them.

From what I recall, it was price. The budget of The Evil Within 2 was significantly cut compared to the first due to the first lackluster sales. The voice of Sebastian was quite popular and a lot more expensive, so they probably tried to save money on that.

Oddly enough, the faces in Wolfenstein 2, outside of BJ looked so different that it annoyed me throughout most of the first half. :/
