So the game must be about 12 hours long then....
And not 25 like they said because after 3 hours iam on chapter 4 now. So if in another 3 hours iam on chapter 7 and the game has 17 chapters that makes 12 hours length in total. Right? I am playing in casual in order to have enough ammo to kill evryone.

Took me about 23 hours on survival mode and I did every sidequest and got every collectible other than the easter egg ones. It's easily at least twice as long as the first game. Chapter 3 was the longest.
How many collectibles are there? ive got 2 so far the robot dog and the Oroboros statue is there anymore?.

actually on nightmare you can almost kill everything on sight but not with a gun stealth skill in this

game is so OP especially the corner kill i was just lure fives of regular enemies and corner kill

them one by one continuously and conserve ammo for the big tough one but for the most part it

it will take some time for grinding which it not suit your playstyle

I am the SHREDDER and i want to kill evryone like a man instead of avoiding them due to lack of ammo and form all the reviews i read they say that casual has plenty of ammo to kill all the mosnters that why iam playing it there. But on higher difficulty they say you cant kill them all due to lack of ammo. If it was a real action game then i would have played on higher diffiuclty of course. Let see if in another 3 hours i will be on chapter 7.

Mental illness.
22 hours for me on Nightmare. That's the in-game counter, i did a bit of testing before jumping into the game, and have some idle time. So shave 2 hours from that. Since i didn't know if my hardware could pull it, but it did perfectly. Just finished it.

And it wasn't because it was easy or hard or whatever. I just explored a lot of the Chapter 3/4, which takes quite a bit, and got the Sawed Off earlier, even before the Crossbow. Still didn't find all the keys, but i found all the slides and conversations and everything else.

What to tell, other than "Woah, what a game." Like it blew me over how good it actually was. Especially since NieR:Automata, Zelda:BOTW and some other super games of the decade released this year. And there is Resident Evil 7 too, which i enjoyed as someone who plays the old games almost a few times yearly. Even did a Knife Only Speedrun (Blind) right after Madhouse And it was good, but TEW2 was better. You can say what you want about voice acting, but it worked. Pacing was also good.

Yeah if you explore a lot in the "open" sections in chapter 3 and chapter 6 before proceeding, that will add considerably to your overall time, but it also makes the game much easier IMO for obvious reasons.

17:25 for me on the normal difficulty. I spent quite a bit of time in chapter 3 exploring.

play on nightmare, a more enjoyable experience and will take you longer time, took me 30 hours with most collectables and some side quest.

Obviously if you play on casual you will finish it quickly. I played nightmare and completed it in 18 hours and did all side missions.

You will miss a lot of content if you don't explore.
spider2000 Oct 20, 2017 @ 4:13pm
i am now in chapter 13. my gametime is now around 20 hours. i play not fast, i have all explore, i have kill every enemy (70% in stealth) and i have play all side mission. and i love the explore in this game, and when you explore and play the sidemission, you find many other things from the story.

sorry for my english, i am not perfect.
greetings from germany.
