No DLC for this game?
Looked around and I dont see any DLC, almost unheard of for a big title like this. Im going to buy it now if that is the case, but if there are DLC out there usually those arent on sale till later perhaps. So is there any DLC at all for this, or due out later?

No DLC for now since it seems that this game wasn't as successful as they hoped to be.

It's been 8 months since this game was launched and there was no news for any DLC.(Unless they have considered the first person mode as a free DLC)

Ok, what I figured. Looks like a decent time to pick it up now. Wonder if the price might go down more in the Winter Sale though.

No DLC at all, I really was expecting an E3 2018 with some kind of news about that, but there's just for Prey.

Even Wolfenstein is getting a new game.

I feel like they just made this game, and were really committed to it midway(Because it is a really damn good game over its predecessor gameplay wise) though than somewhere down the line people left the company or Bethestha rushed the production and said just get it over with we are moving on to new projects
Well, I picked it up during this sale and I am glad to hear that it is a decent game. I really liked the first one so this should be good too. Sounds like maybe the franchise is dead?

Only time will tell us. But we can still enjoy what is given to us.

The whole DLC thing is so annoying to me. I remember when I first started encountering it when Dragon Age first came out. They kepy releaing DLC and made it so easy to buy them right through the game. $10 here, $10 there. I wish they would just release the game with all of the DLC together as one package in the beginning, make it a way to save on the purchase.

Nowadays most of the games I buy are nearly a year old before I do, so DLC dont really affect me other than making me wait that much longer till the DLCs go on sale too. You watch them have a big 50-60% off sale on the base game but then the DLC are all full price. Just a matter of being patient and waiting long enough.
Late, but story and gameplay-wise this game performs much better than the original game. The acting could be a lot better though. I think people didn't try it because of the poor reception of the first game, and because of the launch bugs.

So does anyone know when there will be any new DLC for this awesome game?

At this point, probably never since Tango Gameworks are now focused on their new game Ghostwire.
They said it wouldn't have dlc before it even came out.

Refreshing to get a complete game from the start, eh?
nobody is nickle and dimed for a second retail's worth of dlc and still some people find something to complain about rather than appreciate it.

TEW2 was a smaller game for Tango. 1st game was developed for more than 3 years and this one took just 2 years to make. They probably wanted to finish Sebastian's story before next gen consoles come out, so they can make a proper tthird game with DLCs and stuff. You can easily notice this by the reuse of assets everywhere, some decals are from DOOM (I noticed because I made a lot of maps for doom in SnapMap), some location seem to be unfinished - like there's this weird ramp on the parking lot on the first freeroam location. Most of all it was announced just 6 months before release, which is VERY weird. First game was announced like a year or two before it came out. There was no time to build hype and that's because they didn't need to, as this game was targeted to people who already played the first one. Expect the third one to be the big one like the first game and it's coming out for sure, they still have Ruvik's story to finish. In the meanwhile they are making Ghostwire Tokyo
