Can somebody explain the LALA lady please?

I was just going about my business, and all of a sudden this ghost lady appears singing tunes. What am I supposed to do with this? She just appears and now I'm in a stealth mission with no objective. I don't get it. Am I being punished for going outside of the play area or something?

you will run into said lady multiple times each encounter will shed more light on why she is stalking you. Also be careful as she can kill you one hit if she grabs you. i have yet to fully complete said missions so. Don't understand it fully yet plus its been awhile so what i did complete i sorta forgot lol.

each Mission you have to find a way to complete it by sneaking around certain encounters you have to do certain things to get out of it sad thing is once you get dragged into a encounter with her you have to complete it or your stuck in it less you load a save before you encounter her.

When she appears randomly out in the streets, you don't need to sneak. Just run away, she will always appear at a safe range so she won't see you if you spot her and run the opposite direction. That way is much faster than waiting it out or sneaking out. It's different when she appears at scripted events tho ( like in the first house you find her, for exemple )
